Cancellation Policy
Visa Craft – Booking Policy Effective Date: August 2025 This Booking Policy outlines the terms under which clients may schedule and attend general immigration information sessions with Visa Craft. 1. Service Scope All sessions are for general informational purposes only. Visa Craft does not provide legal advice, case-specific guidance, or representation. Clients are encouraged to consult a qualified immigration adviser for regulated services. 2. Booking & Payment Bookings must be made via our online booking system. Full payment of £100 per session is required at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely via our website. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled session at no additional cost. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. No-shows will be treated as cancellations without refund. 4. Session Format Sessions are delivered via secure video conferencing. Duration: 1 hour Clients must ensure they have a stable internet connection and access to the meeting link. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate contact details and complete the booking form truthfully. Visa Craft reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refund or alternative dates offered. 6. Disclaimer Visa Craft is not regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). No immigration advice is given during sessions.
